Being that today is Sunday, I thought this message was apropos to our Sunday visits to Mass.  I thought how God, like any parent, waiting for their children to come see them, would be excited in anticipation of seeing His children and catching up with their lives.

But the message is that we need to be present in our relationship every day, every week, not just on weekends or holidays. He wants to see and speak with us everyday.  We can do that with prayer. It’s oh so simple to be connected and involved and not just on weekends.

There’s no need to divide our time apart.
