In the real estate, many business items are negotiable, but once the negotiating has been agreed upon, then the parties are expected to honor their commitments.   What concerns me is that I’m not sure why some people begin to back out of fulfilling their obligations. It happens in business as well as personal arrangements. It’s unfortunate because eventually, reputation will precede them – good or bad.  When someone gives “their word” it really truly depends from which mouth those words are spilling from.  

Trust is a major component to any relationship, personal or business. Once broken, it is the single most ardent task to rebuild, if at all. 

Trust is never an issue with God – a non issue – With God, trust is a permanent factor in every heartbeat, breath, thought and action.
