…I Wanna Hold Your Hand
Today while visiting a jumping facility with my kids, I saw a woman holding the hands of two small children, one on each side of her wading through the waves of energetic, smiling and sweating kids.
I smiled because I could recall the feelings of safety, concern, protection and guidance that a simple hand holding can affect to not only a child but from the parent from which the hand holds. This simple gesture is a nonverbal expression of love, attachment and kindness.
As we are God’s loving creation, He is always reaching out…it’s a matter of us grasping His offering Hand for the benefit of all those expressions.
