A friend of mine who is reviewing this project emailed to tell me that it seems each month is better than the last and, if she dare say, she actually understands more each time.  So I smiled and thought well, it’s not me because nothing has changed but she just may be! I reflected back to her the comments she had made at the end of each month’s review…

…in January you said “I don’t understand – it’s over my head…”

 

                                           …in February you said “I can relate to a few of them but I’m not sure on many…”

 

                                                                             …in March you said “Hey, not much lost on me…either you are getting better or I must be getting smarter…”

I smiled and thanked God because to me, it was abundantly clear. I haven’t done anything differently then share my daily occurrences seeking God. It is the same format since day 1. So I wrote to her: “Do you see what’s happening? The scales are slowly falling off your eyes and you are “seeing” things anew. You are not seeing things with just your eyes or mind, you are slowly seeing things with your heart. And as you’ve learned, that is exactly where God is.”

Her reply … “Nah, you are giving me way too much credit.”  What she will inevitably realize is that she is seeing her faith increase in knowledge and understanding and is witnessing the growth in her own daily life, one step at a time.
