As one matures in faith and knowledge of the One True Creator, it’s only natural to recognize the immortal shadow of God over the mortal whims of man.   At some point, we confidently declare obedience to the only One that will ever matter in life, as all else from man is really frivolous.

The light of man is in constant movement struggling to stay lit.  Men are constantly fighting for power. They are never satisfied.  The shadow of God never alters its shape, dimension or access. He never threatens to remove it or hide it.  We can follow steadfastly or if we fall out of His shadow, we can go back to its safety at any time. It’s an easy decision in comparison.
