Reflection from one year ago:

Sometimes it’s those spontaneous moments in a day, when a stranger shares kind words with you and you learn something about yourself that you just couldn’t see due to your own self-doubts.  It’s an unexpected cherished moment.

The lingering effect is encouragement that what you do, what you say, what you feel, and how you express it in words, although quite seemingly ordinary to you, could be quite enlightening or aspiring to others.

I believe that these moments happen because Jesus knows when we need encouragement and direction.  He understands our human need to seek affirmation that yes, you’re following the correct path.

Our reflection of our own understanding or expression of something, could indeed be quite ordinary in our words.  Yet, when fundamentals are infused with love and faith, they appear as extraordinary.
